Join us January 31st and learn how YOU can help change the mindset at the State Capitol. During this engaging panel discussion learn how your advocacy can make manufacturing matter to Minnesota legislators.

Below are the four priorities to be discussed

  • Expand Youth Apprenticeships and Internships: Support redesign of youth work-based training programs to help fill the manufacturing talent pipeline
  • Federal Section 179 Expensing Tax Regulations: Support tax reform that simplifies compliance and reduces the burden for manufacturers.
  • Enhance the Research and Development Tax Credit: Support expansion of tax credits that encourage innovation and investment in Minnesota businesses.
  • Reduce Tax Rate on Businesses Paying Pass-Through Income Tax: Support reduction of income taxes for companies paying the top rate of taxes through the individual income tax “pass-through” system (i.e. S Corps, sole proprietorships, LLCs, and partnerships).
