You're invited to join us and celebrate manufacturing with your friends and colleagues at MPMA's 2017 Annual Meeting, “Developing an Inclusive Workforce.”

Deon Clark, CEO of TCI Solutions, LLC, and creator of the transformational education program Legacy I-3, will be our keynote speaker and share inclusion and engagement strategies to build a talent pipeline for our industry.

Attracting and training the next generation of skilled workers is critical for the success of manufacturing. As demographics shift and the skills gap persists, employers are more engaged than ever in efforts to strengthen the workforce. Clark helps companies understand the business case for short-term and long-term talent pipeline development, and how to build a diverse, qualified pool of workers who have the right knowledge and skills for success in the workplace.

Learn how you can apply strategies to support our future workers so that in 2018, "Developing an Inclusive Workforce" becomes a goal of all MPMA members.
