Leadership Councils

The insight, help and guidance you need to run a successful manufacturing business is available; you don't have to go it alone. As an employee of a manufacturing company, you can join one of MPMA's Leadership Councils for an opportunity to discuss challenges facing the precision manufacturing industry and those you may be facing as a leader in your company.

The councils provide you with an opportunity to obtain feedback from peers in a confidential setting about the issues you need addressed to succeed. Meeting content varies, but topics include issues such as leadership, marketing, succession planning, goal setting, employee morale and much more! Leadership Councils have professional facilitators who lead each meeting and work with the group to set the agendas and topics.

The fee to participate in a Leadership Council is less than $200 a month. Sign up now by completing the Leadership Council application.
