Across America there are leadership groups that cost more than a thousand dollars a month to participate in. Each year the MPMA and the Manufacturers Alliance team up to conduct a wage and benefits survey, which is available to members at a greatly discounted rate. This survey is a "must have" for anybody trying to be competitive in attracting new employees and retaining their current employees. The survey is specific to manufacturing, includes Minnesota manufacturing companies only, is approximately 200 pages long and full of invaluable information.
