Member Benefit With a Great Return

It’s lonely at the top, but you don’t have to shoulder the leadership of your precision manufacturing company all by yourself. Join a MPMA Leadership Council where you can discuss the challenges facing the precision manufacturing industry and those you may be facing as a leader in your company.

MPMA Leadership Councils provide:

  • Opportunities to obtain feedback from peers in a confidential setting about the issues you need addressed to succeed.
  • Discussions about issues such as leadership, sales, succession planning, goal setting, employee performance and much more!
  • Access to a professional facilitator who leads each meeting and works with the group to set the agendas and topics.

The fee to participate in a Leadership Council is $150 per month, which is a great value when compared to other executive groups. Members are presidents, owners, and managers of precision manufacturing companies. Becoming a member is an investment that provides the insight, help, and guidance you need to run a successful manufacturing business in today’s ever-changing world.

“I have been a member of the second leadership council now for a few years and I would say ‘perspective’ is what I have gotten out of attending the monthly meetings,” said Ben Zoubek, of ZTECH Precision, “There is always one thing that you take away from the meeting that you can reflect on, whether it be for the business, about employees, or a personal tie back to the company.”

Alan Hoffman of Taylor Machine Inc., said, “Many issues arise when running a business, and it is helpful to see how other people in the industry remedy them. As a member of the MPMA Leadership Council I have gained deeper knowledge on topics including customer and vendor relations, employee management, compensation, technology, insurance, legal matters, business conditions, and more.”

MPMA has two leadership councils that meet monthly, and the members of the two groups come together occasionally for special speakers and topics. Each group has openings for just one or two more members, and if there is demand, other councils will be formed to meet specialized needs.
