Region 9 MapOver 20 manufacturing companies have joined the Region 9 Chapter of the MPMA which was launched this in May 2015.

The first-ever MPMA regional chapter provides manufacturers in the region with opportunities to connect with other industry businesses to discuss common goals and challenges, network, and promote the needs of the manufacturing industry in southwest Minnesota. Manufacturing companies located in the counties of Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Seuer, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan will make up the new Region 9 Chapter.

Members of the Region 9 Chapter are considered regular MPMA members, with the benefit of having a local connection of other companies in their area. Chapter members have full access to all MPMA member benefits including facility tours, monthly member programs as well as the ability to attend all educational workshops hosted by the Association. All MPMA members throughout the state are invited to attend the Region 9 meetings.

For more information on the Region 9 group, or to inquire about starting a regional group in your area, please contact Executive Director Amy Walstien at amy@mpma.com.
