ToolBox Talk: How to use Data & AI to boost Shop Metrics and Morale

Written by Brenda Hawley | Mar 10, 2025 8:51:04 PM

MPMA member Vivek Sexana, CEO of FactoryTwin, will start with case studies demonstrating huge gains in shop metrics using Digital and AI, as a motivation for his talk and will even highlight some thoughts that might directly impact our host, Columbia Precision.

Then, he will cut through the clutter and buzzwords to discuss how you can use your shop data to get three distinct benefits 1) Double-digit shop KPI improvements, 2) Double-digit productivity gains for all shop support functions (buyers, schedulers, planners, financial analysts, sales, supervisors, plant managers, engineering), and 3) Transparent and effective cross functional collaboration, all focused on supporting production today and into the future. Vivek will show that the benefits and ROI are applicable to shops of all sizes.

This event will be hosted at MPMA member Columbia Precision Machining's shop. Lunch will be included with your registration.
