April Member Program: Maximize the Value of Your Business

Are you looking for ways to increase shareholder value? Or, are you thinking about positioning your company for sale to a private equity firm in the future? Acquire some insights and tools to create additional value for your company and ensure future success for you and your employees from a panel of experts at the April member program, “Maximize the Value of Your Business.”

The panel is specifically focused on the needs of business owners and principals interested in gaining insights on increasing the value of their business, with the goal of someday partnering with a private equity firm, or just growing their business for the benefit of their shareholders.

Bruce Behm, President of Quazar Capital, Steven Kutscheid, Principal of Gray Plant Mooty, and Mike Traeger, Managing Director of Riveron Consulting, will lead the discussion and focus on how you can maximize the value of your business. The panelists will touch on a variety of topics including:

  • Market expectations when determining a business' value.
  • Standard practices when a private equity firm comes calling.
  • How buyers’ expectations in today’s mergers and acquisition (M&A) environment impacts your business.
  • Ideas for increasing the value of your business.

When you leave this program, you’ll walk away with the insight needed to help increase the value of your business today … and in the future.
