Next Gen Leadership Training

           

MPMA is partnering with MPMA member Conext to offer leadership development training for future leaders in your business. The Next Gen Leadership Training is to help get your talent and team align to grow with your company. It is a vital part of business planning. This will be in-person training with a smaller cohort of individuals (max 15). The training will include personality assessment, a deeper dive into emotional intelligence, and much more.

Members of your team or employees your management want to develop into the next leaders in your company.

What will the training cover?

At the end of this year long training, participants will become more effective leaders by developing more proficient skills and understanding of the following:

• How company values impact culture.
• How to improve financial performance by developing Emotional Intelligence.
• The Six Styles of Leadership that inspire teams.
• The importance of strategic planning and how plans are developed.
• Understanding financial reports, human resources, and business law.
• Growing your knowledge of industry topics.
• Other critical leadership skills and so much more.
