MPMA is partnering with MPMA member Conext to offer leadership development training for future leaders in your business. Getting your talent and team align to grow with your company is a vital part of business planning. This will be in-person training with a smaller cohort of individuals (max 12). The training will include personality assessment, a deeper dive into emotional intelligence, and much more. We are in the process of finalizing details.
Here is what we know:
Training will run October 2025 thru September 2026.
It is in-person training.
You will meet 2 times a month for 2 hours at a time.
We will be figuring out a location, based on registration. We may pick the same location or it may rotate.

Per Daniel Goleman, psychologist, and a leading expert in Emotional Intelligence:
- 90% of top performers have high emotional intelligence.
- Empathetic leaders perform more than 40% higher in employee engagement, coaching, and decision making.
- 95% of surveyed founders stated EQ in leadership is more important than IQ.
