We are excited to once again offer our members a trip to one of the best manufacturing shows of the year. With over 1 million square feet of exhibit space we heard that 2-days (1-night) was not enough for some travelers. For 2026 we have added the option of 3-days (2-nights) to our travel package. 

Details/what is included in the MPMA trip:

Flight to and from Chicago Midway
Bus Transfer to and from airport to McCormick Place
Hotel Accommodations Hyatt Regency Chicago - 151 E Wacker Drive Chicago (free shuttle all day McCormick/Hyatt)
IMTS Admission 
MPMA Happy Hour (Private Event MPMA Travelers Only)

We have 70 spots held for the 2-day (1-night) package
We have 15 spots held for the 3-day (2-nights) package

2 - Day (1-night) - Single Room: $1,100/person SOLD OUT
2 - Day (1-night) - Double Room: $895/person SOLD OUT
3 - Day (2-night) - Single Room: $1,550/per person
3 - Day (2-night) - Double Room: $1,200/person

A paid reservation is the only way to guarantee a spot.
Registration closes July 24 - or until sold out.
***Late registration may be an option based on availability of flight and hotel. Costs will be calculated at that time. 

Cancellation & refund details are as follows:
90% refund on cancellations prior to June 15^th
75% refund on cancellations prior to July 24^th
No cancellations/refunds after July 24^th
