The purpose of this event is to start 2026 strong and encourage Women in Manufacturing to create small habits that lead to big wins. This is part one of a 3 part series. This event will be focusing on mindfulness and goal setting. The Attendees will walk away with:
1. An idea of how to implement your own mindfulness practice.
2. An understanding of the reality loop and what may be keeping us "stuck".
3. Identify a goal you have been wanting to achieve personally or professionally and steps to move in that direction.
