Job Description:

Summary Set up and operate twin-turret, twin-spindle CNC lathes to produce precision parts. Routinely inspect parts and make adjustments, as needed, to ensure parts meet specifications. Job Duties · Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts to customer specifications. · Measure and examine parts for defects to ensure conformance to specifications. · Maintain machine conditions (coolant and oil levels, tool life, chip management, etc.) to ensure optimal machine operation. · Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and part quality. Experience / Skills · Experience setting up and operating twin-turret, twin-spindle CNC lathes. · Experience inspecting parts using micrometers, calipers, pins, etc. · Experience manufacturing close tolerance parts (.005” tolerance or less). · Skills in reading drawings and understanding CNC programs. · Skills in math to support making adjustments at the machine. Schedule · Four 10-hour days Monday through Thursday (6:30AM to 5:00PM); Fridays typically until noon unless otherwise scheduled. About Brenk Brothers Brenk Brothers Inc.
