Minnesota Grinding is seeking candidates for a CNC Precision Grinding Technician role—centerless grinder. Setup and operate manual and CNC precision grinding machines to process parts per customer specifications. Some related education and experience preferred, but not required: machines and machine tools blueprint reading calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment CNC grinding Centerless grinding robotics Computer literacy, proficiency in Windows environment. Good math skills. Mechanical problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills and team player abilities are key to a successful working environment. SCHEDULE: Minnesota Grinding has three shifts to choose from for the CNC Precision Grinding Technician role First Shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday Second Shift: 2:00 pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday Third Shift: 10:00 pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday LOCATION: Minnesota Grinding is located at 5400 Douglas Drive, Crystal, MN 55429 Metro Transit bus stops within 1-2 blocks with routes 716 and 721. Work environment is temperature controlled.
