Job Description:

As a Setup/Operator you will: Set-Up CNC Lathes (Puma, Mazak, Nakamura) others Run Machine (optimize each job for time and tool life) Edits to programs Ability to problem solve with little supervision Produce parts to meet production standards (number and quality of pieces) Measure parts routinely to maintain part quality for compliance with standards Complete required documentation for materials & finished goods Maintain positive, professional relationships and communications with co-workers, Supervisors, and others throughout the company Commitment to Workplace Safety Shop Cleanliness & Maintenance Ability to move throughout the shop where needed JOB QUALIFICATIONS: HS diploma and/or GED Working experience Setting up Lathes (will need personal tools) Problem solving, numerical aptitude Blueprint reading, measuring instruments Good communications Team player Bending, standing, and lifting 40 lbs.
