Title: Diaphragm Inspector Department: Quality Inspection Position Type: Hourly / Full Time / Temporary / In-Person Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Work Schedule: 6:00am – 4:30pm M-Th Klesk Metal Stamping Company manufactures parts from a wide range of materials to customers in industries that include aerospace, computer, construction, dental, electronics, government, military, medical, recreation, and telecommunications. Job Purpose: This is a Temporary Full-Time role responsible for visually sorting and separating diaphragms based on established quality criteria. Ensures only conforming parts are accepted for further processing or shipment. Key Position Responsibilities: • Visually inspect diaphragms for defectssuch as scratches, tears, contamination, or deformation. • Sort conforming and nonconforming parts into designated containers. • Follow work instructions and quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Communicate issues or trends to the supervisor. Required Skills: • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. • Previous inspection or sorting experience is a plus, but not required. Other: • Good vision (with or without corrective lenses) for detailed inspections • Good communication skills both verbal and written
