Job description- QA Manager Company Overview Twin City EDM is a World Class Precision Machining & Manufacturing company for the Medical and Industrial Industry. TCEDM is a family-owned business with a customer focus from prototype to production since 1959. We are looking for a Quality focused, technical, and detail-minded individual to add to our growing team. We focus on precision, not high volume. This role is an added role, our current Quality Manager is also the ISO manager, the company has grown and needs to add support to the quality team. Responsibilities You will lead a team of various Quality employees to ensure product flows through the quality department and hits our shipping goals while maintaining industry standards for quality inspection/ ISO. You will be responsible for overseeing all processes in the quality labs, developing new processes, and leading the technical advancement of the department. Requirements and Qualifications: • 5+ years’ experience in QA Management and a manufacturing environment. • High skill level with OGP/ CMM (prefer P-CDIMIS), and other measuring equipment required. • Knowledge of M1, One Factory and other systems is preferred. • Proficient knowledge of GD and T print reading, hand tools, microscope, CCM and other measuring tools/ equipment. • Experience with customer SCAR’s, RMA’s, CAPA’s required. • Employee supervision experience with a growth mindset to help the quality team learn and grow. Supervision will include employee tracking, reviews, goals, training as well as discipline. • ISO 9001 and 13485 experience required. This is a salary exempt position, Monday to Friday in person, 45 hours per week.
