Employees are guided by a set of core values that ensures a safe work environment, a team atmosphere, and focused growth opportunities Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Paid Time Off 401k Job Purpose: The Specialty Parts Technician is responsible for careful handling, inspecting, sorting, and packaging of precision metal parts according to customer and quality requirements. This role supports production by preventing part damage, identifying nonconformances, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Key Position Responsibilities: Completing parts packaging per customer requirements Handling parts in a delicate manner that prevents damage Maintaining a clean environment for part handling/storage/packing Sorting parts either aided (scopes, lights, etc.) or unaided Run production parts as needed (punch press or shear) Aid in determination of nonconformances in a production run or through the packing phase Required Skills: Desire to learn and continuously improve Ability to accurately perform multiple tasks Good communication skills both verbal and written Ability to keep accurate records Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to follow documented procedures and standards Attention to detail Other: High School graduate / GED Experience in a manufacturing setting a plus Compliance Disclaimer: This position requires access to technical data subject to U.S. export control regulations under ITAR and EAR.
