Job Description:

Clow Stamping Company is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to oversee and manage weekend shipping operations on shift 21. This position ensures that orders are accurately packaged and shipped on time to maintain maximum customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can effectively coach and develop employees, manage workflow, and drive continuous improvement in shipping operations. Key Responsibilities: Assign tasks to packing stations based on order schedules and priorities. Train, coach, and develop employees. Monitor and respond to emails and phone inquiries from internal and external sources. Investigate and resolve shipping errors and packing discrepancies. Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, working closely with vendors. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. What We’re Looking For: 5-7 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or leadership roles. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate a forklift (certification required). High school diploma or equivalent.
