Job Description:

Twin City Staffing is seeking a motivated Landscape Foreman to lead outdoor projects from beginning to end. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at planning, scheduling, and delivering high-quality results. Year-round work with opportunities to transition into snow removal division during the winter season Location: Plymouth, MN Hours: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM Start Pay: $28.00 – $35.00/hour Benefits of the Landscape Foreman: Stable year-round employment including winter snow removal Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Leadership role within a growing team Weekly performance-based environment Duties of the Landscape Foreman: Manage daily project plans, task assignments, and completion timelines Supervise and train crew members on-site to ensure quality workmanship Coordinate material deliveries and maintain accurate inventory Use mobile apps to track team hours and document project photos Oversee basic equipment maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations and workplace protocols Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams Requirements of the Landscape Foreman: 5 years of experience leading crews in hardscapes, planting, and sod Proficiency operating skid loaders, mini excavators, and trucks with trailers Ability to read scaled drawings and perform accurate material calculations Valid driver’s license (CDL A or B is a plus) Strong verbal and written communication abilities Successful completion of a pre-employment background check Additional Information: Apply today!
