Job Description:

Twin City Staffing is hiring an experienced MIG / TIG welder / fabricator for a clean, well-organized manufacturing facility in Becker. This role is ideal for someone with strong fabrication skills who can read prints and produce quality welds independently. Location: Becker, MN Wage: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday Benefits of the welder / fabricator: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings account (HSA) 401(k) with company match Paid time off Employee assistance program Clean work environment Duties of the welder / fabricator: Read and interpret blueprints Fabricate and weld metal parts Perform MIG and TIG welding Operate grinders and hand tools Ensure weld quality and accuracy Requirements of the welder / fabricator: 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Experience welding in multiple positions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Additional information: Apply today!
