Job Description:

Take the next step in your manufacturing career! We are seeking a skilled Injection molding setup technician for the 2nd shift in Rogers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, quality checks, and supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment. Location: Rogers, MN Hours: Monday – Friday | 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm Pay: $25 – $30/hr, depending on experience Benefits of the Injection molding setup technician: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life, Disability, Accident, and Critical Illness Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Great team and supportive environment Duties of the Injection molding setup technician: Set up and operate injection molding machines and related equipment Process work orders and assist in managing production flow Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot machines Perform basic maintenance and assist with tool upkeep Maintain accurate records and follow quality control policies Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment Complete required paperwork and reports Support continuous improvement and team performance Requirements of the Injection molding setup technician: Hands-on experience with injection molding machine setup is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
