We’re looking for a Production Supervisor – Assembly who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership to our growing Assembly team. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do This is a working supervisor position. You’ll lead from the floor while actively participating in complex assembly operations. You will: • Perform and troubleshoot complex component, electrical, and final assemblies • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and bills of material • Validate first-round builds and ensure quality compliance • Lead daily production activities and prioritize workflow • Mentor and develop assembly team members • Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production Control to meet customer commitments • Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts • Monitor quality metrics (scrap, rework, SPC, efficiency) and lead corrective actions • Maintain a clean, organized 5S environment • Promote a strong safety culture ________________________________________ What You Bring • 5+ years of leadership experience in assembly or fabrication (aerospace preferred) • 2+ years of hands-on complex assembly experience • Strong blueprint reading and technical interpretation skills • Experience with torque tools, measuring devices, pneumatic/hydraulic tools, cranes, and material handling equipment • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis • Strong ERP experience (Epicor a plus) • Ability to lead in a regulated manufacturing environment Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Medical, or other highly regulated industries is a strong plus. ________________________________________ Why Join Us? • Work on complex, high-precision assemblies • Lead and shape a growing team • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Quality • Be part of a continuous improvement culture • Make a real impact on quality, delivery, and customer success This role supports work subject to ITAR regulations. Compensation Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors related to the specific position. These may include skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
