Job Description:

Join a well-established machining company in Minneapolis, MN as a manual machinist! This position offers steady hours, a clean and organized shop, and the opportunity to work with a wide variety of manual machines while producing high-quality parts. Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $27 - $40 per hour, depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Benefits of the manual machinist: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and educational assistance Weekly pay and stable hours Career development opportunities Duties of the manual machinist: Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and grinders Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T Measure and inspect parts to meet quality standards Set up manual mills and lathes, including chucks, tooling, attachments, and fixturing Work with metals including steel, brass, and aluminum Requirements of the manual machinist: Degree or trade school certification in machining or related field Minimum 2 years of recent manual machining experience Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Knowledge of fluids, hydraulics, and tooling setup Pass background check, drug test, and E-Verify Additional information: Apply today!
