Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $19 – $22/hour Hours: Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM Perks of working here as a buffing machine operator: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Medical and Dental Insurance Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 401(k) / ROTH with company match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Employee Referral Program Shift Differential Pay Free Underground Parking What will you do as a buffing machine operator: Set up and operate buffing machines according to specifications Inspect parts for shine, imperfections, and quality standards Select proper buffing tools and compounds for each job Read work orders and blueprints to determine project requirements Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized Troubleshoot minor issues and adjust machine settings as needed Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE What we are looking for: Previous experience operating buffing or polishing machinery is preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality control Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Additional Information: Apply today!
