Twin City Staffing is now hiring motivated machine operators and production workers for our Maple Lake location! Depending on experience and shift Hiring Bonus: Earn up to $3,000! Get $1,000 upon hire and $2,000 after 6 months! Hours: 3:45 pm – 1:45 am, Monday – Thursday Benefits of the machine operator / production worker: Competitive hourly wage Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company Comprehensive benefits package Positive and collaborative work environment Health, dental, vision and life insurance Short- and long-term disability 401K Hiring bonus up to $3,000 Duties of the machine operator / production worker: Operate machines to produce recreational parts Operate hand and power tools to assemble components Read and interpret blueprints Trim and inspecting parts for quality Ensure parts meet production standards Maintain clean and organized work areas Troubleshoot and assist with minor equipment repairs Communicate with team and management to meet deadlines Assist with training new team members as needed Requirements of the machine operator / production worker: High school diploma or GED Prior manufacturing experience is desired Experience in rotational molding is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Additional Information Apply today!
