Job Description:

Twin City Staffing is hiring a machine operator / Class B for a manufacturing facility in Albertville, MN. This 2nd shift opportunity is ideal for candidates with machine operation experience who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and interested in cross-training and long-term growth. Location: Albertville, MN Wage: $20.00 per hour Hours: 2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday Able to train on 1st shift for 4 - 8 weeks Benefits of the machine operator / Class B: Short-term and long-term disability (company paid) Basic life and AD&D insurance (company paid) $100 annual prescription safety glasses allowance $100 annual safety boot allowance 11 uniforms with maintenance included Medical, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary life and dependent life insurance 401(k) with 50% match up to 6% 8 paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Duties of the machine operator / Class B: Operate Sinico machines following work instructions and checklists Verify raw materials match work orders Inspect parts to blueprint specifications Perform daily preventative maintenance Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Cross-train on additional machines Follow 5S and safety standards Requirements of the machine operator / Class B: Sinico machine experience preferred Lathe or Swiss machine experience preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints 2+ years of manufacturing experience Basic math and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Additional information: Apply today!
