Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a press brake operator and programmer! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your press brake programming and operations expertise while contributing to high-quality architectural metal fabrication. Location: Rogers, MN Wage: $28 - $32/hour Hours: Monday – Thursday: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Friday: 5:00 am – 11:00 am Benefits of the press brake operator and programmer: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life and Disability Insurance Accident Insurance Competitive hourly wage Supportive and collaborative work environment Key Responsibilities of the press brake operator and programmer: Set up press brakes using drawings and bend simulations Inspect parts with precision tools Calculate sheet metal bend allowances for various materials Maintain and calibrate press brake machinery Interpret blueprints and technical drawings Conduct quality spot inspections Program and operate all press brake features Perform forming operations with standard/custom punches Troubleshoot and resolve press brake issues Qualifications of the press brake operator and programmer: At least 5 years of press brake experience, ideally in architectural metals fabrication Proficient in press brake programming Able to set up the press brake from the ground up – not just operate it Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints Steel-toe boots required Pass a pre-employment drug screening Additional Information: Apply today!
