Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe supervisor for a Direct Hire position at a great company located in Chaska, MN. This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role with room for advancement! Location: Chaska, MN Wage: $30 - $37/hr. Hours: 1st shift: 4 - 10-hour shifts, Monday – Thursday, but 5 – 8, Monday – Friday, is also an option Benefits of the CNC turning supervisor: Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Critical Illness Coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for advancement Duties of the CNC turning supervisor: Oversee and guide a team of machinists in CNC turning operations Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards Troubleshoot CNC turning machines and resolve issues promptly Train and mentor staff on proper machining techniques and safety protocols Manage workflow to meet production goals and deadlines Perform regular maintenance on equipment and machinery Monitor inventory and order necessary materials Requirements of the CNC turning supervisor: 7+ years of experience in CNC turning supervision 10+ years of experience in machining Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency in CNC programming and machine setup Knowledge of machining materials and processes Additional information: Apply today!
