Job Description:

Twin City Staffing is now hiring a robo-4 wafer dicing technician for a high-precision manufacturing company in Shoreview, MN. This hands-on role involves working with advanced equipment to support the fabrication of critical components in a clean, organized environment. Location: Shoreview, MN Wage: $20.00 – $30.00/hr. (Depending on Experience) Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday Benefits of the robo-4 wafer dicing technician: Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Scheduled raises and salary reviews Company parties and team-building events Stable shop with long-term customer relationships Continuous learning and skill development opportunities Duties of the robo-4 wafer dicing technician: Operate and maintain Disco dicing saws, Robo lapping tools, and CMP equipment Perform chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) for precise surface finishes Set up and monitor pressure, speed, and slurry flow parameters Execute accurate dicing of wafers and substrates with minimal material loss Conduct inspections using microscopes, profilometers, and interferometers Follow work instructions, travelers, and SOPs to complete tasks Record process data and equipment status in logs and MES systems Assist engineering and R&D with process improvements and test runs Requirements of the robo-4 wafer dicing technician: Experience with Robo lapping, Disco dicing, or CNC machine tool operation Background in cleanroom or precision fabrication environments is a plus High school diploma or Votech degree required Strong mechanical aptitude (willing to train candidates with the right technical base) Familiarity with metrology tools, MES systems, and wafer handling Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail Additional Information: Apply today!
