Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced Turret Operator to join a growing team in Saint Paul. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stable, family-owned environment within a climate-controlled shop. If you have experience with Strippit Turrets and a strong mechanical aptitude, we want to hear from you! Job type: Temp-to-hire Location: Saint Paul, MN Wage: $22.00 – $35.00/hr. Hours: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Thursday Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Benefits of the Turret Operator: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Long and short-term disability insurance 401(k) matching Profit sharing Paid vacations and holidays Tuition Reimbursement Climate-controlled shop with company-paid uniforms Comprehensive paid training and internal growth opportunities Company-hosted events and parties Duties of the Turret Operator: Set up and operate Turret machines to punch sheet metal Perform mechanical troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications Use calipers and other precision tools to verify product quality Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines Requirements of the Turret Operator: Minimum 1 year of experience running or setting up Strippit Turrets 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, metal is a plus Proficiency in reading calipers and blueprints Strong math skills, including shop math (test required during interview) Mechanical aptitude and ability to stand for long periods Stable work history and professional demeanor Ability to pass a national background check and a non-THC drug test Contact Information: Apply today to grow your career in sheet metal!
