Job Description:

Twin City Staffing is seeking a motivated entry level Deburrer to join a growing manufacturer in Otsego. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, temperature-controlled, and family-oriented environment. Location: Otsego, MN Wage: $20.00/hr. (Weekly OT paid at time-and-a-half) Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Thursday) | 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Friday) Benefits of the deburrer position: Temp-to-Hire position Health, dental, and vision insurance LTD, STD, and 401(k) retirement options Clean, air-conditioned shop environment Comprehensive training and supportive safety culture Steady weekly overtime for higher earnings Duties of the deburrer position: Smooth and finish precision gears using sandpaper and polishers Work at a seated station using grinders for gear smoothing Conduct quality control checks on final gear processing Assist with loading and unloading CNC machine parts Use carts and pallet jacks to move gear components Maintain a tidy workspace and follow all safety guidelines Requirements of the deburrer position: Manufacturing background is a plus Reliable, trainable, and a strong work history Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
