Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Powder Coater at our Plymouth, MN location. The Powder Coater will be responsible for preparing, coating, and inspecting metal and other materials using powder coating equipment. Daily tasks include surface preparation, applying powder coatings, ensuring finished products meet quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role involves following safety regulations and working collaboratively as part of a production team. Qualifications 2+ years powder coating experience Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, including cleaning and masking Experience using warehouse management software Ability to work overtime as needed Attention to detail for quality inspection and ensuring finished product meets specifications Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods Experience in a similar role or a manufacturing environment is preferred High school diploma or equivalent is required;related technical training is a plus
