Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities, but are not limited to the following: Electropolish /Passivation/Rust Remover Conduct prescribed tests on chemical processing solutions per standard work procedures on a regular basis to assure proper operating range. Adjust or replace solutions to ensure compliance with requirements. Measure and maintain bath concentrations and record data to ensure processing within predetermined parameters. Sets up and operate system to perform finishing operation utilizing electropolish process to treat surfaces. Assist with de-greasing and sonic cleaning of metallic and non-metallic parts. Handle critical, expensive, and fragile machine components. Perform routine maintenance on metal finishing equipment. Interface with department supervisors, personnel and the maintenance department to ensure proper disposal of chemical wastes, in accordance with applicable requirements. Wash and Pack(MN&PR)/Tube Cutting (PR) Load the material into the machine In-feeding and out-feeding of the Accu Cut Machine to manufacture parts as per the SOP Performs a variety of production prep activities including component washing/packaging Complete production documentation including cleaning tags, batch records, etc. per quality and cGMP requirements. Provide generic training to employees Special Projects Assist in special projects as assigned by management.
