Job Description:

Verifies operation to be performed and material to be used on each job as directed by documentation Operates machines and produces parts, monitors run to ensure consistent quality parts are being produced Uses measuring devices and blueprints to inspect parts for tolerance and visually inspects surface for appearance and other potential problems Follow SOP instructions and enter accurate data in JobBoss Completes 1st article and in process inspection May fit and assemble parts into complete assembly Uses hand tools, grinders, scotch brite and other special deburring tools to remove sharp edges from machined surfaces Maintains a safe and clean work area Loads programs in or takes programs out of the computer control Performs setups of equipment with appropriate tooling and fixtures Provide training to existing and new employees Benefits: 401(k) Dental Insurance Health Insurance 3 weeks Vacation Pay Sick Pay Paid Holidays Short Term Disability Shift differential Requirements
