Key Responsibilities: • Operate punch presses and other department machinery • Produce metal parts according to specifications • Wash or oil parts as needed • Follow work instructions and safety procedures • Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements • Previous punch press experience preferred • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working • Able to communicate effectively • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Physical Requirements • Must be able to stand and move throughout the shift • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
