Twin City Staffing is hiring a temporary Bindery Equipment Operator for a fast-paced and innovative production team in Minneapolis! We are looking for a versatile professional with a strong mechanical background to operate various bindery machinery. Job type: Temporary Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $25.00 – $32.00/hr., depending on experience Hours: 1st Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday) 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Friday) Benefits of the Bindery Equipment Operator: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Ongoing training and professional development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Opportunity with a leading, stable organization Duties of the Bindery Equipment Operator: Operate cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders Set up machines and troubleshoot production issues Monitor runs for quality and client specifications Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient workflows Train new staff on equipment and safety protocols Communicate job progress and process improvements Requirements of the Bindery Equipment Operator: 1–2 years of experience in bindery or print production Proficiency with multiple types of bindery machinery Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
