Competitive pay Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career advancement opportunities in a strong, growing company culture Duties of the plastic machine operator: Operate various injection molding machines in a factory setting Count, organize, trim, inspect, package, and process plastic parts Complete all quality checks and report data accurately in the computer system Use hand tools and machinery to complete tasks Keep work area neat, safe, and organized Requirements of the plastic machine operator: Desire to learn how to operate machinery, inspect, and finish parts Ability to see small details and spot defects Familiarity with inspection tools (training provided if needed) Ability to process computer information in English (translators available for Spanish) Pass a quality defect test within 60 days of hire Able to run a minimum of 5 parts at 85% efficiency Additional Information: Apply today!
