Job Description:

Join a manufacturing team in a high-tech facility! Twin City Staffing is seeking a Deburring / Grinder for a first-shift role finishing precision metal and plastic parts in the Blaine, MN area. This position offers a diverse, fast-paced environment where you can rotate through various assembly processes and build expertise in industrial-grade manufacturing. Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $18.00 – $24.00/hr., DOE Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday) Benefits of the Deburring / Grinder: Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life, Disability, and Accident coverage Clean, state-of-the-art work environment Opportunities to learn new technologies Duties of the Deburring / Grinder: Remove burrs and sharp edges from metal/plastic parts Operate air grinders, belt sanders, and handheld drills Use micrometers and gauges to inspect for defects Complete production "travelers" and status logs Correct recurring quality issues to improve efficiency Rack, un-rack, and package finished components Requirements: High School Diploma or GED 1 year of manufacturing or machine shop experience Knowledge of hand tools, air tools, and power equipment Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
