Join our dedicated team at Twin City Staffing! We are looking for a skilled welder to join our 1st or 2nd shift team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong welding skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, we encourage you to apply. Location: Coon Rapids, MN Wage: 1st shift: $22.25/hr. starting pay 2nd shift: $24.50 - $30/hr. Hours: 1st shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday 2nd shift: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am, Monday – Thursday Benefits of the welder: 401(k) with matching Dental, health, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Flexible spending and health savings accounts Retirement plan Duties of the welder: Count and verify all pieces before each job Set up jobs Use welding equipment per guidelines and verify work to prints Work with other welders making sure the work is done correctly Communicate supply needs and equipment issues Complete paperwork accurately Operate hoist and manual pallet jack Requirements of the welder: Read a tape measure accurately Attention to detail and quality standards Follow established procedures Lift 30-50 lbs Steel-toed boots Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Additional Information: Apply today!
