Twin City Staffing is hiring a manufacturing engineering manager for a growing and innovative company in Albertville, MN! This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, leading teams, and driving production success. Location: Albertville, MN Salary: Starting at $75,000 – $110,000/year (based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6 am – 2:30 pm Benefits of the manufacturing engineering manager: Competitive salary with growth potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Stable, full-time opportunity with advancement potential Duties of the manufacturing engineering manager: Lead and supervise Tool Room and Maintenance teams Oversee engineering staff alongside Production leadership Develop and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality Manage product launches, process changes, and capital projects Design fixtures and support prototype builds Collaborate with sales on project quoting, routing, and cost analysis Maintain pre-production schedules and support team success Create and document processes for new and existing jobs Requirements of the manufacturing engineering manager: 5+ years of manufacturing experience (fabrication or tube fabrication) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD software Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment Additional Information: Apply today!
