Twin City Staffing is seeking a skilled Punch Press Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in the Monticello area. If you have a strong mechanical background and experience with metal stamping, we want to hear from you! Job type: Temp-To-Hire Location: Monticello, MN Wage: $20.00 – $35.00/hr. (Depending on Qualifications) Hours: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday Benefits of the Punch Press Operator: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and AD&D insurance Short- and long-term disability Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) and Roth retirement options Paid Time Off (PTO) Voluntary accident, critical care, and hospital coverage Duties of the Punch Press Operator: Operate punch presses using progressive and single-hit dies Set up and diagnose issues with stage and short-run tooling Calculate shut height to ensure machine accuracy Install limit switches, safety chains, and light screens Submit first article pieces to QA for inspection Install and maintain necessary safety guards Assist in training junior operators as needed Coordinate with Toolroom and QA to resolve issues Requirements of the Punch Press Operator: 2+ years of punch press operation or setup experience Ability to collaborate with quality and maintenance teams Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Reliable attendance for the 2nd shift schedule Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings Contact Information: Apply today to advance your career in metal manufacturing!
