Metal Trade Solutions LLC seeks a candidate for CNC Machinist/Lead Operator in our machining and fabrication business in Winsted, MN. The Nuts and Bolts: What we need: • Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining. • Oversee daily workflow, prioritize jobs, and coordinate production to meet deadlines. • Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot, and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality. • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. • Collaborate to improve processes and resolve production challenges. • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. What you bring: • Experience with CNC milling machine setup, programming, and operation. • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Excellent creative problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. • Ability to collaborate with team members effectively. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.
