Job Description:

Twin City Staffing is hiring entry-level machine operators for a busy manufacturing company in Albertville, MN. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company that offers hands-on training and long-term potential. Location: Albertville, MN Wage: 1st shift: $19/hr. 3rd shift: $21/hr. Schedule: 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday Benefits of the entry level machine operator: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary life and dependent life insurance 401(k) with 50% match up to 6% 8 paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Duties of the entry level machine operator: Operate machines in a production environment Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Package parts for shipment Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow work instructions and safety guidelines Multitask and cross-train on different machines and processes Requirements of the entry level machine operator: Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply;machine operating experience is a plus Ability to read and understand blueprints Basic math skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Ability to perform repetitive tasks Some heavy lifting required (not consistent) Availability for mandatory overtime as needed Ability to complete a company bend test Additional Information: Apply today!
