Are you a skilled CNC turning machinist looking for a new opportunity? Join our team at Twin City Staffing! We are seeking dedicated individuals for our 1st shift CNC turning machinist position specializing in lathes and turning operations. As a CNC turning machinist, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality parts and components for our valued clients. Location: Ham Lake, MN Wage: $25 - $35/hr., Depending on experience Hours: 1st Shift: 7 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday Benefits of the CNC turning machinist: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance available 401K Family-owned company Room for advancement Company parties Climate controlled shop Company paid uniforms Growing company Stable shop with long term customers Tuition reimbursement and ability to move to CNC Machining Duties of the CNC turning machinist: Set up and operate CNC lathes for turning operations Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and equipment Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements of the CNC turning machinist: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with lathes and turning operations. Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and precision in machining. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Additional Information: Apply today!
