This role focuses on high-level Hexagon CMM operation and PC-DMIS programming. Location: Fridley, MN Wage: $30.00 – $37.00/hr. | DOE Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Friday Position Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire Benefits of the CMM programmer: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Health Savings Account (HSA) Life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Weekly pay Duties of the CMM programmer: Program and operate Hexagon CMMs using PC-DMIS Program and run OGP Vision Systems Perform inspections at all production stages Complete accurate inspection reports and documentation Coordinate with Engineering and Gage Control departments Support internal training alongside the QA Manager Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards Conduct root cause analysis and product disposition Assist with Gage R&R and machine validation Requirements of the CMM programmer: Advanced proficiency in programming Hexagon CMMs Extensive experience with PC-DMIS software Knowledge of vision system programming (OGP, Measure Mind, Zone 3, or Measure X) Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Background in a high-precision manufacturing environment Contact Information: Elevate your career with a team that values technical expertise!
