Location: Hudson, WI Wage: $25.00 – $30.00/hr. This role is ideal for someone with strong wire harness experience who can support team performance, maintain quality standards, and serve as a technical resource on the floor. This position offers a clear path toward a Supervisor role for the right candidate. Duties of the senior wiring assembler: Assemble multi-branch and high pin-count wire harnesses Interpret complex blueprints and electrical schematics Perform precision soldering, hand crimping, and wire tinning Conduct in-process and final quality inspections Assist with floor-level troubleshooting and team performance Cross-train across departments to provide technical support Enforce safety policies and PPE compliance as a lead Utilize hand and power tools for small component assembly Requirements of the senior wiring assembler: 3–5+ years of professional wire harness assembly experience Advanced blueprint and schematic reading skills Proficiency in soldering and crimping techniques High School Diploma or GED Successful completion of drug screen and background check Contact Information: Take the lead in your career today!
