Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector with at least 1 year of mechanical inspection experience and experience operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Previous aerospace manufacturing experience with precision machined parts and/or CNC machine operating knowledge is strongly preferred. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring products procured and produced in our facility are conforming to all customer requirements, drawings and specifications. Responsibilities: Conduct FAI, setup, in-process, and incoming inspections using monitoring and measuring equipment Perform inspections using CMM equipment Write/run programs on Keyence vision system Complete detailed inspection criteria and workplace documents Requirements: Ability to read and interpret customer blue prints, requirements, and engineering specifications, including MIL specifications Knowledge and experience with GD&T Ability to perform inspections using Coordinated Measuring Machine, hand tools and other inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, thread gages, optical comparators, etc.)
