Twin City Staffing is hiring a Production Supervisor for a growing manufacturing company in Ham Lake, MN. Depending on experience Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday – Thursday Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Benefits of the production supervisor: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan 100% Employer-Paid Long-Term Disability and $50,000 Life Insurance Policy Competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) Weekly Pay Duties of the production supervisor: Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals Train, coach, and develop team members while managing performance and attendance Monitor production schedules, staffing levels, and workflow to ensure customer requirements are met Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve production issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and workplace safety Requirements of the production supervisor: 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Experience in metal fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, or related manufacturing environments preferred Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/MRP systems Additional Information: Apply today!
