Job Description:

Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced quality engineer to join a precision manufacturing team! If you have experience with CMM programming, GD&T, first article inspections, and driving quality improvements in a machining environment, this direct-hire opportunity offers excellent pay, a four-day workweek, and long-term career growth. Location: East Bethel, MN Wage: $70,000 – $85,000/year Hours: 5:45 AM – 3:45 PM, Monday – Thursday Benefits of the quality engineer: 100% employer-paid health insurance with buy-up options Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time Life insurance Four-day workweek On-site fitness center and basketball court Advancement opportunities Weekly pay Duties of the quality engineer: Program and maintain Calypso CMM inspection programs for new and existing parts Develop inspection plans, first article documentation (AS9102), and quality standards Perform first article inspections, capability studies, and production quality audits Review customer drawings, GD&T, and specifications to ensure compliance Troubleshoot quality issues and collaborate with machinists to improve processes Requirements of the quality engineer: 2+ years of Calypso CMM programming experience 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience in a machining environment Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measuring equipment Experience with AS9102, PPAP, SPC, and root cause analysis Additional Information: Apply today!
